Division of Legal Responsibilities
Alkadri Studio develops, maintains, and provides technical customer support for all software assets. Freemius, Inc. acts as the legal Merchant of Record and handles billing, payment authorization, invoice generation, and tax compliance.
1. Grant of License
Software from Alkadri Studio is distributed under defined license tiers. For commercial tiers purchased via Freemius, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the software in accordance with your chosen tier:
- Viewer Lite: Official free core licensed under GPLv2 for unlimited 3D products on personal or commercial WooCommerce stores with self-serve documentation and peer-to-peer community forum access.
- Studio Pro ($149/yr): Commercial license covering one (1) active production WooCommerce store domain plus development and staging environments, with interactive mesh controls, custom HDR environment maps, 1 year of plugin updates, and standard email support for plugin core bugs.
- Agency Pack ($399/yr): Multi-store agency license covering up to ten (10) client store domains with unlimited development and staging activations, central license dashboard management, 1 year of plugin updates, and priority email inquiries with multi-site coverage.
2. Subscription Renewals & Payments
All paid commercial licenses operate on an annual recurring subscription billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically each year at the prevailing tier price until cancelled by the license holder. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Freemius Customer Portal without penalty.
3. Technical Support Scope
Active commercial license holders receive access to technical product support via our Technical Support Helpdesk and regular software updates. Technical support covers:
- Software installation and setup guidance.
- Bug fixes and compatibility updates for supported WordPress / WooCommerce versions.
- WebGL rendering performance and GPU pipeline troubleshooting.
Support does not cover custom third-party theme development, server hardware misconfigurations, or unapproved core codebase modifications.
4. Software Redistribution & IP Protection
While the PHP components of our software are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later), proprietary WebGL shader assets and visual branding assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Medhat Alkadri / Alkadri Studio. Unauthorized re-bundling or public redistribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Alkadri Studio or Freemius be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
