Our order process and payment infrastructure are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Freemius, Inc. Freemius manages all transaction processing, invoicing, global sales tax collection (including EU VAT and US State Sales Tax), and customer billing support.

When interacting with Alkadri Studio and purchasing our software products (such as Models3D Studio) or requesting custom services, personal and technical information is collected through the following touchpoints:

Order & Billing Data: Name, email address, billing address, IP address, and encrypted payment identifiers (processed directly and exclusively by Freemius). We do not store raw credit card credentials on our servers.
Software Licensing Identifiers: Unique license keys, activation timestamps, domain bindings, and active product versions required to authenticate software seats.
Agency & B2B Communications: Name, email address, and project details provided voluntarily when inquiring about bespoke shader engineering or custom enterprise deployments via our direct contact channels.
Server Access Logs: Standard web hosting infrastructure automatically logs your IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps to prevent DDoS attacks and maintain cryptographic security.
Third-Party Asset Delivery (Google & Freemius): Your IP address is temporarily exposed to external network edges (fonts.googleapis.com and checkout.freemius.com) to retrieve typography files and the secure checkout SDK required to render this website correctly.
Client-Side Telemetry (Freemius Insights): With your explicit consent upon software activation, non-sensitive diagnostic telemetry (WordPress core version, active theme/plugins list, and PHP runtime version) may be processed to deliver compatibility patches and stability updates.

To provision digital downloads, generate license keys, and deliver automated software updates.

Telemetry collection via Freemius Insights is entirely optional. You may opt out of diagnostic tracking during initial software setup or at any subsequent time via your WordPress dashboard settings without forfeiting access to core software features or license entitlements.

6. Data Retention & Security

We implement strict TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols across all endpoints. Licensing records are retained for the active lifecycle of your subscription plus statutory tax compliance periods as mandated by international accounting regulations. Anonymous server access logs are retained for a rolling 30-day period to facilitate security forensics before being permanently purged.
